C. Tie to the audience. I know for sure that all of us have heard the execution of Sally Ordinario-Villanueva, Ramon Credo and Elizabeth Batain in China. As a Filipino, what can we do to end Human Trafficking? D. Preview. I will explain the responsibilities/ roles of the government in order for us to be aware on how we are going to protect ourselves outside the country. II. Body A. Three Element of Human Trafficking i. Purpose (why it is done) - the objective or intension on the victims by means of sexual trafficking, forced labour, slavery and the like are being planned ii. Act (what is done)- this is the first step on planning. The recruitment, transfer, harbouring and others happen at this stage. iii. Means (how it is done)- it includes the threat on the victims with the use of force towards them. It is considered as the last stage on trafficking because the final actions on the victims are being done at this point. B. Two main types of Human Trafficking i. Sex Trafficking- is a modern form of slavery in which a commercial sex act is provoke of age 18 and below to perform an action with corresponding payment in return. ii. Drug Trafficking- generally refers to the sales and distribution of illegal drugs. C. Responsibilities/roles of the government i. Prevention- the government must educate and train the people especially the women and the children to prevent them from being trafficked. ii. Protection- the government should protect the safety of the victims of human trafficking by means of supporting them and assisting the victims in going home to the country. iii. Prosecution- the government should advocate for the criminalization of human trafficking, taking into account the necessary offence of violating the law. III. Conclusion A. Final Review. Nervousness: Is it a natural feeling?

Since dealing with nervousness is a common concern of students nowadays, a lot of effective ways or tips to control it have been proven scientifically. Based from my experienced, every time there were events wherein I have to speak in front of a crowd, I would always take a deep breath before the actual presentation. Also, I would always tell to myself, “I can do this”. It is a big help in relaxing my body that adds confidence in me which I believe is one of the abilities of a good speaker. Next is eating the foods you love which are rich in carbohydrates. In my case, a cup of coffee helps in awakening my body. Although many said to stay away from caffeine because it adds to nervousness, for some reason I am used to drink coffee because it lessens the feeling of nervousness in my body. In addition, a bar of chocolate makes my mind active to talk about the topic. That is why I would always make sure to eat one whenever I will speak or take a test. And lastly, be prepared. Preparation is a need in achieving our goals in life. Just like what Henry Hartman once said, “Success always comes when preparation meets opportunity”. It only proves that nothing is impossible when you are prepared.
